This app uses the latest technology in HTML5 (W3C) GeoLocation API to get the position. It detects your location by any means available, including GPS (if any), Cellphone Triangulation (on phone), or using IP Address. Thus the location and accuracy may vary, depending on which method are used. Where Am I also contain a backup by requesting IP to location conversion. Thanks to Telize which provide an IP to Location API.

Try to find a prompt/dialog like this picture on your addressbar. Then click allow / share Location.
This apps use any means available to detect your location. Check your smartphone setting to
make sure "Location Service" is already turned on.
If you are using smartphones please turn on your GPS, wait 1-2 minutes, then refresh this page. Try go outside a building to get more accuracy.
If you are using desktop / laptop, try to refresh this page in 1-2 minutes. If it still shows the wrong accuracy, then that's the best result this apps can show to you.
